Are you well diversified? Is your savings all in USD or spread across multiple types of assets, but still based in USD? If it is, you are still not what we consider ultimately hedged, as in hedged into other nations currencies which are backed by their allocations, production, resources and politics. We believe the best way to be hedged to to be spread across the 8 most respected western currencies. Those being the Australian dollar, Canadian dollar, Swiss franc, Euro dollar, Great British pound, Japanese yen, New Zealand dollar and United States dollar. Rotating among these with a slight edge producing a gain above equilibrium.

This strategy uses the same free floating cash approach as all large banks, but with the tactical advantage of intermittent currency exposure utilizing a probable edge.

Think of this system as exactly the same as holding cash in a bank account, but with the ability to use leverage, letting trades sit until hitting either a Target, Stop or direction reversed. This strategy is extremely diversified and as such, is not subject to over weighted moves due to all your cash being held in a single currency bank account.

The goal of the system is to minimize the volatility associated with a traditional cash bank account. Substituting single currency volatility and buying power decay, with account stability and growth.

Oil’s well that ends well

My articles on media manipulation could not have come at a better time. Watching the news as the market weakens, stocks and bond tumbling the USD drops and oil rises, one may believe the broadcasters pushing some factitious story, blaming the GDP. Perhaps this may be part of it. However, what I am not seeing as the headline in the news is the real reason for the reversals. There has been a historical event, a complete reshuffle of the Saudi empire. There is a new Saudi King replacing Salman, who has proven not to be fond of the Obama Administration for many reasons. His father the late king on his deathbed has talked of religion and how it needed to take precedence over power and money and oil. The late Saudi king Abdullah insisted Obama did not bow (enough) to the guardian of Islam’s two holiest sites, not once but twice. Michelle Obama was looked down upon when the king felt she was disrespecting his faith and wishes (laws) by not wearing a headscarf when visiting, since then he refused to shake her hand. Nothing was more disrespectful than Obama siding with the Muslim brotherhood and funded part of overthrowing the late King Abdullah’s good friend and close Ally Hosni Mubarakin. The late King would not even speak to Obama and was thankful for Putin’s Russian arm sale to Egypt and backing for General Sisi ageist the brotherhood and Obama. This created more than a rift in our relationships with Russia and Saudi Arabia.
When I think of Saudi Arabia, I think of it being US run and practically owed, Egypt as well. Without completely disrespecting the royal family, I would use the term “puppets” for US interests. I say this because other US presidents had done much worse politically and financially, but never personally, like Obama has to top his administration’s pursuit of a nuclear accord with Iran has created more than tension. The late king had shifted his American revered views as his time came. Our security is primarily why Saudi Arabia even needs us they, it is not the money it is the power they have more cash reserves than we could dream of, and liquid cash gushing from the land. The cold war created a strong partnership between the US and Saudi Arabia yet now Putin has more than lent his assistance he has created a friendship and willingness to provide the security needed and with the Russian china partnership we are not even regarded by Salman. Salman even removed US airspace and  intended to keep oil low to benefit there own long term needs despite Americas and OPEC’s objection. Salman who puts his Muslim religion above all also has a personal distain for Obama. Salman who has sworn to follow the wishes of the late king has made it clear the US foreign polices do not depict his personal choices. In March, the US shut down the US Embassies in Riyadh, Jeddah, and Dhahahran for security interests.
Suddenly Salman has been replaced by the late king’s nephew Prince Mohammed bin Nayef who Obama originally campaigned for. This is the first time a nephew and not one of the 45 sons has been in this position. With the anti American campaign that is, being embellished by the media one has to wonder what is really going on. The U.S. is more powerful than many think and much more powerful than to be ostracizes by the personal drama or emotional views towards the U.S. even siding with Iran the rival of the Saudi kingdom cannot alter the financial and political ties. The fear of an oil-pocalypse is futuristic right now we have mid term expectations will winners and losers all temporary. With big players wiping out the little people during this all time low, it would seem they are setting up the price points for the next year, or Yellen is buying up contracts and passing them out as gifts. The last three months we see gas prices rise more than 30% the last time we saw a rise this fast was 2007. it is good to keep in mind every time the price went down state taxes went up Gas typically peaks in July so we will see a greater rise in the next few months. This dispute personal or not will still profit and nothing is done said or leaked without intention.

"State of Division" Obama's 2015 pitch

I do believe that behind closed doors the squad of political show dogs of our government are all together alike, a league of corrupt teammates stroking each other ego's and pushing for a common purpose. For the most part they all get along and give a certain amount of respect to another when and where it is due . However, after Obama State of Union address last night big government appears to be more divided than ever.
The frustration and hatred was tangible by the newly formulated republican clique. John Boehner sat behind Obama awkwardly, refusing to applaud or stand. Showing obvious disagreeable facial expressions while holding back eye rolls as the president spoke. The pretentiousness of Obama's ego seemed to be fueled by the energetic applause of the Democrats. Biden was Obama's cheerleader, hanging on every word with nods of approval constantly showing his suppot. Obama used a tactless approach of fabricating the facts and commending himself with admiration by exaggerating the positive aspects of our nation that his administration took credit for. It would be wonderful to think all that pazazz and energy  Obama showed would have come during his presidency, flooding back into our nation writing new bills, passing, vetoing and changing laws all to better our nation and people. The sad fact is much of what he said was just plain inaccurate.
He brought up how close we are to closing Guantanamo Bay. They have been trying to shut down Guantanamo Bay since 2008, spending millions on each individual there and even more on trying to shut it down. Many anti-American terrorists are proven to be recruited from there. Obama, if you are going to threaten a Veto or executive orders just do it! Jobs for the vet's that come home has been big issue, they fight for our country but when they return can even find a job to support their family. While we are happy to hear about the increase of jobs for our vet's as they return. On the other hand I could bet if we handed them the money we are spending and have spent at Guantanamo it could quite be around a million dollars each. Even if they spent some, if any of the capital it took to get the closing approval through congress. Now that really would be beneficial to them. Obama has majority in the Senate and in the House, he could have closed it many times in his terms. Could you just imagine all that money spent on our vet's and their family's would have given them the reward they deserve, our patriotism would skyrocket out of control, enticing so many people to enlist and fight for our country.
Obama didn't mention anything about our debt problem and finding a long term solution for it. There wasn't real talk of economic growth and equality.. His points were wonderful and if he was campaigning this would have been a great speech. To be so egocentric while in your last years, enough to say that he set aside more waters and public lands than any president. That is true, however lets focus on the word "waters" because up until last year his four predecessors had set aside more acres than Obama. Even George Bush trumped him. Out of six years the last year Obama expanded the Pacific Remote Islands National Monument from 87,000 to 490,000 square miles. The expansion is mostly water. Any "saving" of our land and setting it aside is a good thing. It just is odd that he did it so fast and the location in mid-ocean doesn't have much fishing, drilling or extraction of underwater resources that the "saving" protects. Making such a bold statement that  "he set aside the most in history" made him look like he had been doing it for years, not just his last. Not to mention that the government can sell them to privet interests, to pay off debt from military or war anytime.
The power trip continued when the "growing" economy was brought up, smiling as if he didn't know the facts many people sat unmoved knowing the truth. Our median household income is only four percent higher than it was December 2011, when we bottomed out and still almost five percent lower than December 2007, when the recession began. The hourly earning rose 1.7 percent in the last twelve months. Research states that it is still half the rate for achieving a "healthy Economy". New jobs in Internet, technology, media and many mid-level jobs grow in general with the population. We are generating jobs, lower paying jobs that people have to work harder for. There are 1.7million less workers with full time employment than 2007 when the recession began. Since the "end" of the recession, the employment rate has been steady at around two percent, that is barely ahead of inflation. The typical rate for a healthy economy is around four percent so it, still below where we NEED to be. Seven years later and we have not recovered.
Energy was a big topic and of course we have been working on alternative energy since 1973, fracking was at an all time high until the oil crash, now the Federal Reserve will have to bail out the fracking debt along with oil production debt. We can then blame it on the Earthquakes or something like weather.
The parties that bankroll both sides all know none of these reforms he is proposing will pass. I would love to believe that he truly cares about the individual at the bottom, and middle class. Obama knows having a republican Congress and Senate will prevent the passing. All the high fives, his statement that "Crisis has Passed". The only thing that has passed is any hope for real economic growth. The worlds media obsessed and just believe what is said, the powers that be keep people blind and comfortable. Besides tax, the reason they made marijuana legal and push prescription drugs is to keep citizens passive high on one drug or another. If  people all knew what is really going on and how corrupt the world really is, whats really coming it would be chaos and instead of investing in the market people would buy guns and gold and stockpiling food and weapons.
The reality is we went from six trillion to eighteen trillion in debt, yes the yearly "deficit" has been shrinking , the DEBT was never addressed, big difference.

Gang Related

For years now, the United States was eager to follow in the footsteps of Japan.  In the new-found sector Japan has come into, regarding inflation sheds light on the FEDs reality that Quantitative Easing (QE) may be here to stay.  The US is about to see inflation like never before.  News has come out stating that the raise in interest rates discussed by the FED is looking close to impossible to achieve.  Central banks create foreign capital that floods the US and pushes rates down.  The statements that have come out state that the FED has no idea how they will make it work without QE.  The focus and comments that Yellen has discussed about diversity within the FED would seem that she is more interested in women becoming executives than in finding a solution.  People may believe that the FED is controlled by Congress; truth is everyone is controlled by the FED, with an exception of banks holding mass amounts of precious metals they have more control than we could ever imagine.
What will the solution be?  Can there even be one?  We are so in debt and printing money seems to be the only way the US will stay a global power.  Around the world, leaders are becoming more and more disappointed in the actions, as well as the lack of action, taken by the US.  This leads to uncertainty with the USD and has other world leaders looking at ways to prevent America and keep it from overpowering the decision making process for other countries that gain headway economically.
When you look closely at America, you can find some major flaws.  Yes, it is a land of freedom, and believe me when I say I am blessed to be in this country and to be a proud American.  The problem is Americans are such individualists.  The fact is we strive for individuality with ourselves, our families, especially when it comes to our money.  We are the prime example of low- and high-class categories.  When it comes to communities in the US, you see a strong bond in lower income communities, where reliance, family, and even gang affiliation...  If we look at this from a global military perspective, you see America as higher class, with other counties looking like those community driven neighborhoods.  So why wouldn’t they just team up with one another to create their own “gang?”  While Obama is looking at pipelines and immigration, he seems nearsighted to the fact that other countries are teaming up while America is warming the bench, unable to play at all.
America has not needed (so far) to team up or rely on anyone or anything but oil, keeping it in USD and keeping USD in global reserve currency.  Other countries are sick of us dominating the game.  America has the force and power to take over anything anywhere at anytime.  Just to put this in perspective, no mater how many weapons a country has, America reigns supreme.  Warfare is fought by the powers of finance more than weapons.  And we love to spend our QE on our military.
Yet we see Putin making nineteen presidential trips this year alone, meeting up with many world leaders, most recently with Kim Jong-un.  That must have interested Hassan Rouhani, the leader of Iran, who has eagerly been waiting approval for “nuclear energy.”  The decision is supposed to happen Monday.  Is it so odd that we do not see this information on most news networks in the US?  This writer does not see approval going forward.  I doubt Rouhani will be surprised at the denial and why wouldn’t he just make Russia and North Korea his allies due to the fact they have the nuclear power Iran is in need of.
Right now, other countries are feeling the wrath of treachery, power, and hypocrisy the US is ruled by.  No one seems to be feeling it more than Russia.  Globally we cannot survive without the oil from Russia, yet we keep pushing oil prices down, expecting them to fall.  We seem to forget that Russia has been living comfortably in a black market with hyperinflation since the 1990’s.  Us trying to destabilize them is close to impossible.  They are true survivalists and have the resources and global firepower to keep up with and surpass our already bankrupt US shale companies.  Putin knows Russia will be just fine when, in a few years, oil will be right back up and the US will be in yet more debt.  America is the most powerful when it comes to many things, the people are not survivalists by a long shot.  We are sheltered and blinded by media and comfort, but we mere sheep, with a government that is controlled by bankers not the democracy that so many would love to believe exists.
Putin is set on shifting the anti-corruption plan many countries set in place globally.  He has been preaching about the corruption of foreign leaders and it could be much closer to his home than we understand as regards the Ukrainian conflict.  The whole mess with Ukraine seems to be a conspiracy lover’s dream come true.  All we know is that the plane went down.  We have only a third party video and no black box to be found. Nor is there any solid information that Russia was the one to bring it down.  What is odd is that the Dutch have agreed to keep any information about MH17 a secret…and somehow they got 122 tonns of gold back from the NY FED.  We are trying to destroy the ruble by driving down oil prices, while in all reality it costs Russia only about $35 a barrel, unlike the US and its strict guidelines for oil manufacturing.  After the $35, the rest is all profit for the Russians.  Even with oil prices dropping gold keeps rising it seems to be all these newly formed teams are becoming more and more interested in.

Reassurance is our only FEAR

Okay, with all the news being about Ebola, I did not want to engross my readers with more information that we already know. Let me be the one to put a twist on it.
Anytime that the government is telling us that we have nothing to fear, we should be very afraid. I am quite sure Hitler told all the countries he took over and the people he killed “not to be afraid” as well. As history repeats itself time and again, a common theme is the reassurance to the people, to reduce panic and fear by the emperors and kings just as they turn their back on their own people and leave them to die. In 2014 I am stunned by the lack of important measures taken to prevent this disease from spreading.
The incompetence is unreal, we are seeing it with the CDC, the hospitals, even our own president, who is making this seem like we have control over something that is already too big to regain any hope for the soon to be 100,000,000s of people infected. Let’s just estimate 8,000 people out of the say 20 million combined countries in Africa where infected bodies are laying in the streets and handled by family members, with no adequate systems for sewage and water. If it is transmitted by fluids, is it in the water ways and how long till it mutates in some of the highest populated countries and becomes airborne?
According to Obama there is nothing to fear, and information given by the CDC members is overly reassuring, all is fine, despite the  attempts to track down all passengers and anyone who has come in contact with the infected, or that it costs over $150,000 to clean an apartment after, but its fine to travel. With Americas extreme caution and use of experimental drugs on patients any infected would be idiots not to come here or send a sick family member here or Europe for treatments. We now have an infected nurse flying on not one, but two flights. A nurse spoke out saying some members broke “optional” quarantine and went for soup. We have optional tests at airports and are flying in people from Africa.
Many may think this to be population control. I feel it’s way deeper than that NIH keeps pushing to vaccinate entire countries with a new Ebola vaccine, it may be that the true threat will lie in the vaccine itself. Pharmaceutical companies are just like many of the  bankers and the FED, corrupt and out for themselves. With the healthcare system totally turned around by Obama care and costing 300 billion more than expected. It seems to be nice timing for a major disease to break out that has no cure, the FEDs bubble is bursting and market collapsing, lets blame it all on the outbreak and ISIS while we gain more oil and buy up gold and PMs, sit back and burn the fiat to keep warm.

E = mc2

The U.S, Britain, China, Germany, and Russian UN Security Council members are now making deals with Iran for nuclear weapons. Oh! I’m sorry, not weapons, for “environmental purposes” (said sarcastically). This deal is to take place by November 24 Britain’s Prime Minister David Cameron seems to be leading the support Rouhani campaign. Cameron said, “That Iran should also be given the chance to show it can be part of the solution, not part of the problem.” This said from a country who wanted nothing to do with him since 1979. Rouhani after publicly blaming the U.S. for the way the Middle East has been overcome with violence and terrorism. Or… he is still hurt about us taking his nuclear power away in 2005, when his over confidence and ego got him demoted (said he resigned) from his position as the top nuclear negotiator. International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) saw his need for nuclear “power” to be a sensitive topic with the political issues at the time. Now he wants to team up. Please do not forget in the first press conference after he won the election, Rouhani said, "the ultimate responsibility to resolve the Syrian civil war should be in the hands of the Syrian people.” Now such a change of heart in Rouhani, such a humanitarian. He who has in the past been accused of being “power hungry” with an extreme vendetta against the U.S. We now have a common goal in defeating ISIS. Even the Brit’s are reopening embassies and we are making nuclear deals. Perhaps instead, we should team up with the Shia, the Sunni, and the Kurds. We MUST have other reasons or is it other resources? Is the U.S. worried about Iraq’s new government or military operations that no one seems to be talking about? Iran saw what happened in Afghanistan and the Karzai government we created and what came out of that. So yes, the faith Iran has in the U.S. is understandably limited, if any at all. It seems Rouhani knows that we are all in need of Iran’s help to defeat the threats taking place right now; he seems to know he is holding all the aces and the nuclear power is on the table. Right now The movie War of the Roses is somewhat how our relationship with Russia is now and Rouhani publicly slandering the U.S. resembles an initiation for the Russians to trade “good and services” for oil. Over 500,000 barrels a day from Iran are an estimated offer. What does this mean? Well, we are looking at a complete shift in the oil market for starters. With the contracts for oil that India and China hold with Russia being met, Russia can cut America’s distribution by offering a reduced rate. Rouhani is an extremely smart individual not only an expert in economic trading since ‘89’; he has also been a member of the Supreme National Security Council. Iran's Assembly of Experts member as well as the country's top negotiator with the EU three on the topic of nuclear technology in Iran and his resume is truly extensive. If and when Rouhani teams up with Russia officially, they can provide enough oil to supply all of northeast Asia and more. Rouhani also knows Russia can help them go nuclear; they have been helping them for years. Watch those oil prices fall. Its no wonder Obama was on such a massive campaign to remove oil restrictions. Will gold keep falling as well? Holding short at 1309.88, current price at 1218, with a gain of 7% Fxmade2trade.

YOU"RE as COLD as ISIS

Traders seemed undaunted as the U.S. crusades a “bomb ISIS” movement and when September 11 came and went and the S&P only fell 1% all seemed unchanged on the market even with the loom of a terrorist attack. As the U.S. government tries to dumb-down the reality of what it would mean for investors if, and when they do attack the U.S. so for now we are looking at dipping our hands into yet another war that we for now have nothing to do with… well, at least not on out home turf. The reasons could vary from protecting our country, or a much deeper level of ways that the government would be able to access areas and acquire resources otherwise unobtainable to the U.S. The pentagon estimates we will spend close to seven million a day for operations in Iraq and Syria. Is this a coincidence that all our involvement in wars and “aid” are places of major oil lines or mines? Even the Malaysian crash let us into inaccessible areas and see what kind of technologies our “competitors” hold. Do we really have the money to spend seven million a day? The impact on our already extensive debt, bodes the market will have a monumental crash. When this event takes place and this is only a matter of time before traders fear takes over. They will start bailing on the USD, searching for more physical investments. If you do have metal in the physical form hold on its coming soon my friends just do not rush it and be pulled in to soon. Holding short at 1309.88 current price 1222.00 a gain of 6.7% Fxmade2trade
