measured buy the market stocks; it is the FEDS balance sheet that rates it.
Not any branch of government, agency even
president can overrule the actions by the FED. The FED it is an independent
agency, in fact they have there own rules and standard. It may seem that the FED is this secret agency,
comparable to the Illuminati or the Masons, with all these numbers, statistics,
with many things to hide.

federal funds rate targets. He also released limited and edited minutes of committee
meetings, along with announcements of interest rate targets, and how long they
see those targets remaining. On Rosengren’s
“path to transparency” he even let an outside companies Deloitte & Touche
along with one of there own inspectors mandated by congress to audit the fed.
